TERMS & AGREEMENTS

I understand and agree that all services rendered by The Path of IX LLC and any employees or partners of said entity are designed for spiritual guidance, inspiration and encouragement only and are not intended to treat or diagnose any medical, physical or psychological condition. I also understand that The Path of IX and its employees and partners are not doctors or psychotherapists. I understand that when it comes to any medical concern, The Path of IX LLC and its representatives urge me to consult my healthcare professional and that it is my responsibility to do so. I understand that if I have any psychological concerns that The Path of IX LLC and its representatives urge me to consult my psychiatrist or therapist.

I also understand that coaching with representatives from the The Path of IX is not a substitute for any prescribed therapeutic services including licensed counseling and is not a substitute for other prescribed counseling including a 12-step program. I understand that the The Path of IX LLC or its representatives do not provide legal services and that if I have any legal questions that I should consult my lawyer. I also understand and agree that I am responsible for my own actions and what I do or don’t do with the services, tools, meditations, and other information from sessions, homework, or any other information exchanged with The Path of IX LLC or its representatives, before, during, or after my sessions and classes. I also agree that by signing this document I am releasing The Path of IX, all representatives, employees, and partners from any liability or responsibility to any person or entity with respect to loss or damage related directly or indirectly to any service, product, class, practice, meditation, coaching session, conversation, homework or any information or ideas exchanged with The Path of IX LLC employees and partners that may occur before, during, or after my coaching. 

 

I understand that the sessions in my program are intensive and designed to kickstart change in my life. I understand that sometimes this change can feel uncomfortable. However, because preparations have already been made for me, I agree that if for any reason I decide that I can no longer continue, any remaining sessions will become void and cannot be completed at a later date. I also understand and agree that because of the customized preparations for my program, refund options are limited, and outlined in the “refund policy” section of this agreement. 

By purchasing  I agree that I fully understand and have read the terms and agreements and agree to all of the information listed, and agree to abide by the policies listed here.
